METHODS The chromatographoric condition were: EconosphereC 18 (5μ m, × 250mm) column , and the mobile phase was consisted of % triethylamine in water — acetonitrile (95 : 5) (adjusted to pH= with phosphoric acid), 207nm as detected wavelengths, the flow rate was -1. RESULTS The content of kechuanning had good linear relationship in ~ μg (r=).The average recovery was %, RSD 为 %(n=5). CONCLUSION The method is accurate ,reliable and can be used for the quality control of kechuanning product. KEY WORDS: ephedrine ; kechuanning 咳喘宁颗粒由部颁标准[1] 麻黄、紫菀、苦杏仁、百部、甘草等药材组成。其中麻黄为方中君药, 麻黄的主要活性成分为麻黄碱, 麻黄碱具有解热、抗病毒、松弛支气管平滑肌等作用[2]。通过测定咳喘宁颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量, 可以作为控制该产品质量的一个重要指标。文献已报道的麻黄碱含量测定方法有滴定法[3] 、薄层扫描法[4] 、高效液相色谱法[5] 等。本实验采用高效液相法测定咳喘宁颗粒中麻黄碱的含量, 操作方
