消防广播应能灾情自动触发语音系统，切换紧急广播状态，以最高优先权向楼宇内实现分区紧急事故广播，并可进行人工广播来处理事故，避免了慌忙中造成误操作的可能性。

系统分析
根据对广播系统功能的要求，我们本着整个系统的先进性、稳定实用性、经济性、前瞻性，选用了具有强大扩展功能的智能广播系统(数码编程分区控制器)。
主要包括手动紧急报警和消防紧急报警输入，对应相应设备即可实现紧急广播报警功能。
扬声器点位分析
分区是为了便于管理。凡是需要分别对待的部分，都应分割成不同的区。满足日常广播的管理。分区依据：每一个区内，采用功率分区用于分区功率较小，分区多，但广播扬声器的分区功率受限制，采用信号分区形式，广播扬声器的分区功率可大可小，不受限制。分区灵活，扩展性好。

根据客户的要求，结合消防广播的设计思想，我们的设计功能如下：
系统是背景音乐广播与消防广播的结合，且背景音乐广播与消防广播共用扬声器，避免重复布线。提供3套音源设备，自动定时播放音乐节目，可进行分区广播，也可以全部广播。
另外，通过外控其它音源的电源定时上电。通过编程可以定时打开十分区器的相应通道，进行分区广播寻呼,方便工作人员寻呼。
