摘要：随着城市规模的日益庞大，人口越加密集，高层住宅建筑成 为了城市居住建筑的主要构成部分。人们生活水平的提高，也为建筑的设 计提出了更加严格的要求，给排水以及消防系统的设计与住户的日常生活 作息以及生命财产息息相关，因此，高层建筑在质量审核中要引起高度的 重视。笔者就以多年的高层住宅给排水及消防设计实践经验，总结了一些 设计经验，在这与同行一起做出探讨。

Abstract: along with the city of an increasingly large scale, the more dense population, high-rise residential buildings become urban residential building is the main component of it. The improvement of people，s living standard, and for building design puts forward the more strict requirements, water supply and drainage and fire fighting system design and resident daily life work and rest and life and property are closely related, therefore, high-rise buildings in quality audit should cause the high value. 给排水及消防设计是整个建筑工程中的重点部分，也是建筑安装中的 重点环节。随着城市建设的越加复杂，建筑的结构设计也趋向于复杂，如 何在满足于人们的生活以及审美需求功能的基础上，同时也保证质量和安 全的达标，从而构造局部与整体的合一。给排水及消防设计中，最重要的 是把握规范性，将整个系统的合理性、实用性、安全性表达出来。这就要 求设计人员除了要具备过硬的专业知识理论，丰富的实践经验，还要掌握 各项法律法规、设计章程，在做到严格依法设计的同时，学会灵活处理。
一、高层住宅给排水及消防体系现状
由于人员的密度增大，为供水的方式提出了更加巨大的考验。目前供 水的方式主要有以下几种：直接供水，通过市政给水的压力，水压考验直 接送到各个楼层；水箱供水，在楼顶设置储水箱，把市政供水送到箱内， 随着利用重力的作用，把水分给各个楼层；另外还有气压罐供水与二次加 压供水等方式。排水基本包括：生活废水、厕所污水、
