随车起重运输车是指装备有起重设备或可升降的作业台（斗）的专用汽车，能实 现货物自行装卸和运输的专用汽车。因而它既有普通载货汽车的性能，又具有起重机 的功能；除能完成本车厢的货物的装卸之外，还能完成车厢与车厢之间的货物装卸， 以及完成其他装卸工作。因此，随车起重运输车大大提高运输效率，降低运输成本， 减轻疲劳强度，保障作业安全，故近年来得到较大发展。随着随车起重运输车的不断 发展，人们对随车起重运输车的需求也不断增加，因而能改装出性能优质的随车起重 运输车是非常重要的。
本次设计是在完成选择出二类底盘的基础上，在其总质量、装载质量、起吊质量 给定的前提下进行随车起重运输车的改装设计。主要是对起重装置、液压系统、回转 机构、车架的设计、计算、选型和校核及改装后整车的性能计算。本次设计选取的二 类底盘是一汽CA1083P9K2LE它具有易改装成随车起重运输车等特点，同时也完成了 对一些附件设计、计算、选型，取力器、液压泵等。最后根据二类底盘原车规定的技 术参数对其进行部分改装，改装后对整个底盘和起重臂进行了校核。

ABSTRACT
The accessory lifting transporter means can realize with the accessory crane to handling and transportation of goods specialized automobile. It has both ordinary bills, and transportation function of car with a crane hookon loading and unloading function; Besides can finish this vehicle goods of loading and unloading besides, still can finish between the car and car cargo handling. Therefore, using the accessory lifting transporters, can greatly improve transport efficiency, reduce the transportation cost, reduce fatigue strength, security work safety, so in recent years to get bigger development. The accessory lifting transporters have good hoisting capacity and transportation capabilities, a lightweight, rapid, economic and other advantages, so for the accessory van modified is very important and useful.
