THE REFIT OF BEIJING JEEP BJ2020S
Abstract We discuss the refit of BeiJing Jeep BJ2020s in this paper. Remove the engine,change a motor instead.
The jeep used in the driving school is driving at the speed of only 2~3 kmpf 。It is result that the power of the engine runs low ,and it pollute much .In recent years ,the price of the oil is too high ,so using oil in training become very expensive 。As a result ,we hope that motor can be used in the jeep instead of the engine 。In this way we will reduce the cost of training and the pollution .
Because of the difference of the characteristic between engines and motors, refit involve several aspects. Including many ways ,for example to chose a motor ,refit the driving systems ,design the circuitry and the safety of the electricity .The car in this paper is a training car in driving school ,it is requited to run at the speed of 2~3 kmph
。 To meet the need ,we can gain the moment and the power needed ,in this way we will get a motor .When the motor is chosen ,we have a output rate .So the driving radio is determined。 To get the driving radio we have to refit the driving systems .At last we have to design the electricity line and make sure it is safe .
