摘要
金融产业是现代市场经济的核心,在现代经济中,金融发展对社会经济生活的影响
是多方面、多角度的,不仅影响财富分配,还影响到经济增长等许多方面。自从 1978
年改革开放以来,我国金融业取得了长足的进步,经济得以高速发展,我得到显著提高,但城乡居民间收入差距却呈现出不断扩大的趋势,这严重影响了我
国的经济发展和社会稳定,改善城乡收入差距已经迫在眉睫。
我国地域辽阔,各地区间经济发展差异很大,而中国在“十五”计划期间提出了“促
进中部地区崛起”的战略构想,则给中部地区提供了很好的发展契机。研究中部地区金
融发展与收入差距,对促进中部地区整体崛起具有重大的现实意义。所以,本文选择湖
北省金融发展与城乡收入差距作为研究对象。
国内外理论界对金融发展与居民收入之间的关系进行了大量的理论与实证研究。本
文通过收集、整理了湖北省 1978-2007 年间的相关数据资料,构建金融相关比率、金融
发展效率来衡量湖北省金融发展状况,同时辅以财政收入和现代部门比例来作为其它控
制指标。本文主要运用 Engle—Granger 两步法,对湖北省金融发展和城乡收入差距进
行全面分析。首先建立金融发展与城乡收入差距之间的长期均衡关系,并以这种关系构
成误差修正项。然后将误差修正项看做一个解释变量,连同其它反映短期波动的解释变
量一起,建立短期模型,即误差修正模型。同时,对各变量之间进行 Granger 因果关系
分析,得出金融发展对城乡收入差距有着显著影响。最后,在实证分析结果的基础上,
对湖北省收入分配政策以及金融政策的制定与调整提出相关政策建议。

湖北省金融发展与城乡收入差距的实证研究
Abstract
Finance is the core of the modern market it, financial development
affects social and economic life in mult-aspects and mult- not only
influences economic growth, but also other economic variables. Since the reform and
opening-up from 1978, quite great progress has happened in our finance industry, and
economy has also been growing with the high speed. People's e has risen to a
high level, but people's e gap between city and country has been widening,
which threaten economic growth and social harmony. It is very crucial to shorten
e gap.
Because of so many differences in economic development among provinces and
the blueprint of "the rising of central China", it is very significant to research
financial developmen and e gap of central China. And then, we make financial
development and e gap of Hubei province, which is one of the central provinces
in China, as the research objectives.
Many economists home and abroad have made a lot of theoretical and empirical
studies on the relationship between financial development and e distribution. In
