睡觉换方向可治失眠
吕万江说:本人曾患神经衰弱,常夜不能眠,轻时一两个小时,重时三四个小时也不能入睡。开始用一些药物效果还不错,可时间一长,就不怎么管用,只好加大药量或换别的药。平时我总是头对着暖气睡觉,早晨醒来鼻子特干,有一天,换了个方向,脚对着暖气,没想到就这一掉,一连几天不失眠了。大约一个星期,又睡不着了,心想是不是跟换方向有关系,就又换回原来的方向,一换又睡着了。后来向几个失眠的朋友介绍此方法,都反映此法挺管用,如睡前用热水烫脚20分钟左右,效果会更佳。

Sleeping change direction can cure insomnia
I have been suffering from neurasthenia, I can't sleep at night, I can't sleep for an hour or two, and I can't sleep for three or four hours. Start with some medicine effect still good, but time is a long, do not work very much, have to increase dosage or change other medicine. I always sleep with my head on the heat, and I wake up in the morning. One day, I changed direction and got the heat on my foot. I didn't expect to lose this one, and I won't lose sleep for days. For about a week, I couldn't sleep again, thinking that if I had a change of direction, I changed my direction and fell asleep again. This method was introduced to several sleepless friends, and it was a good idea to use hot water for 20 minutes before going to bed.
