摘要用盐水浸渍法腌制咸蛋时，盐水的浓度和咸蛋的品质有很大关系，因此控制好腌制液中NaCL的浓度是非常重要的。本论文以加快咸蛋加工速率为出发点，对盐水浸渍法腌制咸蛋过程中的NaCL溶液浓度检测问题进行研究分析。传统的检测方法周期长、成本高，这大大的限制了提高咸蛋腌制的速度。超声波检测技术可以应用于液体浓度检测，因此本文利用超声波声速法来代替传统的滴定法来检测NaCL浓度，首先通过实验得出超声波传播速度与NaCL浓度的关系，并考虑温度的影响，然后通过数据处理得出三者的函数关系，利用单片机对整个检测系统进行控制，这样就能方便的检测出NaCL的浓度。

Abstract The concentration of saltwater has the close relations with the salty’s quality , duringuse the salt water immersion method to make salty , so it is important to control the concentration of saltwater . In this paper , in order to promote the salt process of the salty ,we study the problem of NaCL concentration traditional measurement has a long cycle , high cost; so it is very tough to improve the velocity of salting egg. Ultrasonicinspection technique can be used in the liquid concentration measurement, so in this paper we use the ultrasonic sound method replace the traditional titration method to detect the NaCL concentration, first we get the function of ultrasonicvelocity and NaCL concentration by experiment, considering the effect of temperature , then get a function of this three variables by data processing, the whole detection system is controlled by MCU, so we can easily detect the NaCL concentration .
