Thisthesisclosely focus onthisveryissue,through thehistoricalanalysis, comparison analysis andempirical analysis ofresearch methods,analyze the current lawsandregulations inthedispute settlementmechanism,the existingproblems andtry toget thesolutions,thus realizetheharmonious relocation.
