本文为即墨政府办公楼设计计算书。,。根据建筑设计、抗震方面等的要求,确定合理的结构方案和结构布置方案,确定框架、基础的形式。
本设计选取一榀主框架以及一层楼板板进行设计及配筋计算。首先根据框架布局确定各构件尺寸,进行恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载的统计。然后计算竖向荷载作用下的结构内力,水平荷载采用D值法进行计算。之后进行内力组合,找出最不利的一组内力,进行构件配筋计算。楼板采用弹性理论设计,并进行桩基的设计。最后,依据计算结果,结合相应的结构构造要求,绘制结构施工图,写出相应的设计说明。
本设计的特点之一,就是在计算内力的时候采用了精确计算法,从而为接下来的配筋计算打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract
The Cieme government office building was designed in this paper. The building area is and the building height is . According to the architectural design and the earthquake resistance, the reasonable structural scheme and the structural foundation plan were determined.
One lateral frame and slab were calculated. First, depth and width of sections were determined, and dead load, live load, wind load were determined. Then the internal forces of the structure under vertical load were calculated. The D- method was used for calculating the wind load. After the combination of internal forces, the most unfavorable combination of internal forces was identified. Then the necessary reinforcement in beams and columns was determined. The plastic theory was used for calculating Re slab. Finally, according to the calculated results and details, blueprints of the structure had been completed.
The advantage in this design was that the precise calculation method was resorted, the structure was safety.
