文档介绍：北京工业大学硕士学位论文南水北调中线工程建设管理模式研究姓名:崔金印申请学位级别:硕士专业:结构工程指导教师:李智 20090501 摘要摘要任何项目管理都有一定的思想和方法,然而最切合实际、与业主的管理水平相适应的管理模式是最实用和具有生命力的。业主方的项目管理方式是影响工程项目进展和效益的主要因素之一,故本论文主要站在业主方的角度对工程的管理模式进行研究。南水北调工程是缓解我国北方地区水资源短缺,实现水资源合理配置,保障经济社会可持续发展,全面建设小康社会的重大战略性基础设施。针对南水北调工程的特殊性,国务院南水北调工程建设委员会指出南水北调主体工程建设采用项目法人直接管理、代建制、委托制相结合的管理模式。因此,本论文的研究在对现行南水北调中线管理模式进行总结的基础上、结合南水北调中线管理的现状,对目前的管理模式提出专业化工程项目委托管理模式,并且提出有益建议,使其更好地为我国调水工程服务。本论文所采用的研究背景是在建南水北调中线工程,并且站在业主方的角度对如何改进现有工程项目管理模式进行分析。论文主要内容如下: 对论文研究范围进行了界定,对研究的目的意义等进行了说明; 对项目管理的相关理论、管理模式相关理论及委托代理相关理论进行了阐述;主要对南水北调中线工程现行的三种管理模式从适用条件、合同关系、优缺点等方面进行分析研究; 在对南水北调现行三种管理模式总结的基础上,提出改进的管理模式; 以南水北调中线工程A省的委托管理模式为例,对管理过程中的优势和不足进行分析,更加明确了现行管理模式的不足之处和改进方向。关键字: 南水北调项目管理管理模式委托管理北京工业大学T学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT Any project management includes certainthoughts andmethods,however,the most suitableprojectmanagement model isthat can accord with thepractice and modates the owner’S management mostly influence the schedule and benefit oftheengineering project istheowner’sprojectmanagement model,SO thisthesismainly stands 011 theowner's angle tostudy themanagement South-to-North Water Diversion Project is amajor strategic infrastructure which Callalleviatewater shortage innorthern China,realize the rationalallocation of waterresources,and ensure sustainable development of economic and society.
