企业的鼓励机制研究与设计
摘要:在组织管理中,鼓励是以人为中心的,它追求管理活动的人性化;机制那么是以制度为导向的,追求管理活动的制度化。建立良好的鼓励机制,就是追求管理活动人性化与制度化的平衡。从静态看,鼓励机制是一套理性化的制度。从动态看,鼓励机制是一个动态平衡系统,它的有效运行有赖于充分的信息沟通。本文既是针对我国企业目前鼓励现实情况所作的鼓励研究,又是一次对鼓励理论、机制的一次全方位的总结和创新,期望能够有效地指导管理实践,提高企业鼓励的有效性,从而真正的提高人力资源的使用效率,既实现企业目标又实现员工个人目标,实现真正的双赢。

Enterprise incentive mechanism research and design
Abstract:In organization management, the incentive is the artificial center, which pursues the humanized management activities; Mechanism is system oriented, pursue the institutionalization of management activities. Establish good incentive mechanism, is pursuing management activities of humanization and institutionalized balance. From the static look, incentive mechanism is a set of rational system. From the dynamic look, incentive mechanism is a dynamic balance system, its effective operation depends on full of information communication. It combines the systematic methods designed specifically for the existing incentive status in the company with detailed operation model, many of them have been exercised in the company and been proved to be effective after being have been exercised in the company and been proved to be effective after being summarized according to the actual circumsta
