文档介绍:1 滚筒洗衣机电控设计摘要: 介绍一种滚筒洗衣机的电控设计。针对该种洗衣机的特性,该设计从供电部分(开关电源)、功能控制输出部分、信号采集及人机交互进行分析。电控器核心采用高性价比的瑞萨 SH88F516 芯片单片机,增加了整机的可靠性, 降低了成本。同时考虑到产品的可靠性和可制造性,在软件编写时单片机程序设计了工厂模式和用户模式。关键词: 滚筒洗衣机,单片机, SH88F516 ,洗衣机电控板 Drum washing machine electric control design C ollege : School of mathematics puter science, anhui normal university N ame: BanDeBing Abstract: This paper introduces a platen washing machine electric control design. According to the characteristics of this kind of washing machine, the part from the power supply, switching power supply design, function control output part, signal collection and puter interaction are analyzed. Reactor core with cost-effective renesas SH88F516 chip microcontroller, increase the reliability of the machine, reduce the cost. At the same time, considering the reliability and manufacturability of the product, microcontroller programming the factory when writing software mode and user mode.
