【摘要】目的：调查和分析儿童哮喘治疗依从性的影 响因素。方法：对372例哮喘患儿中因依从性不好未正规治 疗而影响疗效的156例进行问卷调查，统计并分析患儿依从 性差的原因。结果：156例中断治疗或非规范用药，其依从 性的影响因素依次为怀疑医生诊断、嫌治疗繁琐和漫长、对 疗效不满、担心药物副作用和经济原因等。结论：儿童哮喘 治疗的依从性受多方面因素的影响，应采取积极的综合干预 措施以提高患儿用药的依从性。
