本文共分为六章，第一章引言部分，主要介绍了研究的背景，研究的目的及方法。第二章理论综述，阐述了企业管理创新的重要性。第三章主要简介了我国现如今的中小企业发展概况，以及济南博锐装饰工程有限公司的发展。第四章主要对济南博锐装饰工程有限公司管理中存在的问题进行了分析。第五章根据济南博锐装饰工程有限公司的实际，提出了一些可行的管理创新建议，是本文的重点。第六章为结束语。
