摘要:目的:研究提取柠檬桉叶油的提取及其包合物制备工艺的最佳工艺条件、探究柠檬桉叶油包合物对动物小肠功能的影响。方法:以挥发油产量和挥发油包合率为优选指标,运用正交实验法,对柠檬桉叶油的提取和包合的最佳工艺工艺参数进行优选;分别采用离体家兔肠管和在体小鼠为试验对象,观察柠檬桉叶油包合物对其运动功能的影响。结果:提取柠檬桉叶油最佳工艺条件:,料水比1:1和提取温度为100℃;超声波法包合柠檬桉叶挥发油的最佳工艺条件:挥发油与β-环糊精的比例、包合温度和包合时间分别为1 ml:10 g、25℃ h,%,%。柠檬桉叶油包合物能增强小鼠小肠推进率,浓度为1×10-4g/ml以上的柠檬桉叶油包合物可增强家兔离体回肠的收缩力(P<)。结论:柠檬桉叶油包合物制备工艺简单可行,能促进动物肠运动功能。

Abstract: Objective: Study the best processing parameters of the extraction of citriodora oil and its clathrate and test the effects of citriodora oil clathrate on gastrointestinal motor function in mice and rabbit. Methods: Using the yield and inclusion rate of citriodora oil as selection indicators, the best processing parameters of the extraction of citriodora oil and its clathrate were studied by cross test. The effects of of citriodora oil on gastrointestinal motor functions were tested in mice in vivo and rabbits intestinal in vitro. Results: About the best processing parameters of the extraction of citriodora oil, the best extraction time, proportion of material to water, and extraction temperture were h, 1:1 and 100 ℃ respectively. About the best processing parameters of the extraction of citriodora oil clathrate, the best proportion of citriodora oil to β-cyclodextrin, inclusion temperature and time were 1 ml: 10 g, 25 ℃ and h respectively, and the yield and inclusion rate were % and %. intestine push rate was increased by the certain dose of citriodora oil clathrate in the mice in vivo. The ileum contractility was increased by citriodora oil clathrate above the concentration of 1×10-4g/ml(P<)in vitro.
Conclusion: lemon eucalyptus oil for animals, pro
