文档介绍：012025035黄英养老保险基金投资风险管理初探摘要 20世纪80年代以来,国内外经济理论界对社会保障问题的研究日渐升温。养老保险作为社会保障体系的~部分,经济学家们对它更是情有独钟。中国经济理论界对养老保险基金问题的研究起于20世纪90年代初。在对养老保险基金十余年的探讨中取得了很大进展。但是,我们也可以看到这种探讨仅局限于投资管理的体制结构和养老保险基金投资风险防范的相关政策上。几乎没有学者从技术层面,将风险管理理论应用到养老保险基金的投资中。本文从养老保险基金的投资角度出发,全面系统地介绍了养老保险基金在资本市场投资过程中的风险管理机制,并结合中国的实际情况,试图探讨符合中国实际的养老保险基金投资风险管理体系。全文分为五章,第一章导论是问题的提出,介绍本文的选题背景,界定本文的研究内容,并对国内外的相关理论研究成果做了综述。第二章至第四章是问题的分析:第二章介绍养老保险基金资本市场投资的一般理论和中国的实际情况之后,第三章跟踪国际上关于养老保险基金风险管理的最新研究成果,较好地将风险管理理论与养老保险基金的基本特征结合起来,利用数学工具从技术层面探索养老保险基金的最优化投资策略,这也是本文的创新之处;第四章对比分析主要发达国家投资风险管理和收益情况,借鉴养老保险基金投资风险管理的国际经验。第五章是问题的解决、全文的总结,在前面几章的理论和经验分析基础上,提出了中国养老保险基金投资风险管理体系的发展构想——一个比较系统的政策框架体系。关键词:养老保险基金风险管理投资策略发展构想 012025035黄莫养老保险基金投资风险管理初探 Abstract More and more studies on the social security system have been done at home and abroad,since 1980’ a part of the social security system,pension schemes are thought of as great importance by le inChina,the study on the pension fund wasn’t taken until 1990’ the past ten years ofdiscussion,there was great discussions were confined to the system structure and the relevant scholars applied the risk management theory to the investment of pension fund from the aspect of techniques.
