文档介绍：东北大学硕士学位论文我国风险投资公司风险问题研究姓名:李长智申请学位级别:硕士专业:企业管理指导教师:郭伏 20030301 东北大学硕士学位论文摘要我国风险投资公司风险问题研究摘要风险投资诞生于美国,其历史可以追溯到19世纪末期。在上个世纪,经过50年代的成型、60年代的成长、70年代的衰退、80年代的复苏和90年代仞的暂时挫折这样大起大落的发展过程后,终于在90年代中期开始显示出其强人的威力,成为推进美国高新技术产业发展的发动机,并风行全球。我国的风险投资起步虽然较晚,但发展势头却十分强劲,当然存在的问题也十分突出。本文通过对国内外风险投资理论问题研究的简单回顾,提出在发展我国风险投资事业中,研究风险投资公司面临的风险问题的重要性,并以风险识别、风险控制为主要线索,以风险投资公司在风险资本市场中的地位及风险投资公司的业务流程为切入点,全面系统地研究分析了风险投资公司所面临的风险问题。全文共分如下几个部分: 引言:以数据和北大方正的实例,简单论述我国发展风险投资业的必要性, 同时提出研究风险投资公司所面临的风险问题的重要性。第一章:简单回顾国内外风险投资理论问题研究的现状,提出发展我国风险投资业所面临的问题,进一步阐述研究风险投资公司风险问题的重要性。第二章:以风险投资公司资本运作的特点和业务流程图为依托,分析风险投资公司所面临的风险因素,介绍四种常用的风险控制方法,并将其融于风险投资公司的业务流程之中,结合国内外的案例,阐述风险投资公司的风险控制机制。第三章:结合我国国情及相关案例,分析我国风险投资公司所面临的主要风险和存在的问题。第四章:采用理沦与实践相结合的方法,论述当前条件下我国风险投资公司防范和化解风险的基本对策。结束语:对全篇的论述做一总结,指出不足的地方,提出今后研究的方向和设想。关键词风险投资风险管理风险识别风险控制风险对策东北大学硕士学位论文英文摘要 Study on the Venture Issuesof Venture panies inChina Abstract Venture investment originated betracedback totheendofthe 19# lastcentury,after thedevelopment process oftaking shape in the1950s. growing in inthe 1980s and temporary frustrationinthe toshow itspower sincethemid of1990s eventually, and became血e engine forthedevelopment of new and hi—techindustry,and hasbeen widely spread over investment startedlate in our COtlrltry,but has beeninstrong development problems are prominent.
