摘要：目的 探讨晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值和24h尿蛋白之间的相关性。方法 选择在该院住院的69例肾病患者，同时对上述患者做晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值（Upro/Ucr）与24h尿蛋白定量（24h pro）测定。将进行晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值（Upro/Ucr）测定组作为实验组，24h尿蛋白定量（24h pro）测定组作为对照组。对其晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值（Upro/Ucr）与24h尿蛋白定量（24h pro）进行相关性分析，进行统计学处理。结果 实验组Upro/Ucr与对照组24h pro比较差异均有统计学意义（P<）；两组Upro/Ucr和24h pro的相关性均较好。结论 晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值和24h尿蛋白之间有良好的相关性。

Abstract：Objective Discussion morning urine and urinary creatinine and 24-hour urine protein correlation between urinary protein. Methods Select in the Hospital of 69 patients with kidney disease， and active patients with urinary protein in urine and urinary creatinine ratio （Upro/Ucr） and the 24 h urinary protein （24 h Pro）. Conclusion Urine and urinary creatinine and 24-hour urine protein there is good correlation between urinary protein.
