文档介绍：摘要嬲糕孵我国师范教育的产生和发展满足了社会对于教师的最基本需求,但是随着知识经济的发展和教育普及程度的提高,社会对教师的需求开始由量的增长转向质的提高,加之终身教育思想与国外教育改革的影响,我国教育体制也开始由“师范教育”向“教师教育”转型。本文力图解答“师范教育为什么要向教育教师转型?转型体现在哪些方面?未来需要如何改进?作为主体的师范大学当前转型实践如何?”等问题。论文第一章介绍了选题的缘由、研究的意义、文献综述、研究思路和方法,并对核心概念进行了简要界定。第二章介绍了师范教育的发展简史,探讨了教师教育转型的背景和方向。第三章分析了宏观层面的“师范教育”向“教师教育”转型, 即教师培养过程、培养机构、培养规格等的转变。第四章分析了微观层面的“师范教育”向“教师教育”转型,即师范大学职前培养中,教师培养的通识课程、学科专业课程、教育专业课程和教育实践课程的整体协调。第五章分析了我国“师范教育”向“教师教育”转型的未来改进,即观念层面历清教师教育的目标体系,活动层面完善教师教育课程体系,制度层面加强教师教育质量提升的制度保障。第六章介绍了六所师范大学“师范教育”转型的实践,并以N校为个案展现了转型的具体状况。关键词:师范教育教师教育转型师范大学 Abs廿act The teacher eilucation of our forteacher’smostbasicdeIIlaIld.
