1. 询问是否需要评估
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a student from China and I want to apply for your PhD program in fall 2008. I want to know whether I should provide a transcript evaluation from a foreign transcript evaluation service. Or should I just provide official transcripts from all schools attended in sealed envelopes from the Registrar of the school?
