企业财务战略管理研究
【中文摘要】财务战略管理是战略管理思想在财务管理上的实践，随着战略管理理论的蓬勃发展，战略管理的方法和要素被引入财务管理领域，推动财务管理向着财务战略管理的高度发展。本文研究关于我国企业财务战略管理存在的问题，揭示企业财务战略管理的内容，然后分析研究企业财务战略管理的制定与实施。

【Abstract】Financial strategy management is the strategic management practice in financial management, with the rapid development of strategic management theory, methods and elements of strategic management was introduced to the field of financial management, financial management to promote development of strategic financial management. This paper studies the problems existing in the financial strategic management of Chinese enterprises, reveals the content of financial strategic management of enterprises, and then analyzes and studies the formulation and implementation of enterprise financial strategic management.

营改增是我国“十二五”期间税制改革的重要举措，对于企业而言，要如何把握当前形势，做好过渡期的财务战略管理企业财务战略，是指为谋求企业资金均衡有效的流动和实现企业整体战略，为增强企业财务竞争优势，在分析企业内外环境因素对资金流动影响的基础上，对企业资金流动进行全局性、长期性与创造性的谋划，并确保其执行的过程。将战略管理理论引入财务管理领域具有重要意义，对企业管理的发展产生深远影响。
一、目前我国企业财务战略管理存在的问题
（一）财务战略管理意识淡薄
当下，我国的许多企业对财务战略管理的重要性认识不足。财务管理仍然停留在传统的思想理念之上，许多企业缺乏财务战略管理理念、财务战略管理水平低、财务管理部门不明确等问题，不利于企业的发展。
