The main contents include structural design of gravity hollow squares, steel sheet pile, terminal layout and budgetary estimates, paring the two structure designs on technical and economic aspects to determine the mended design. The xinkai lake belongs to the inland port, therefore it's no need to consider the effect of wave to wharf. In the design of gravity type structure, mainly consider the gravity of structure, the role of the active earth pressure and passive earth pressure in the design of high and low water level , the role of terminal groups on the surface of the uniformly distributed load and the ship's mooring force. It is mainly for the process of designing structure under the bination to check the anti-sliding stability of the base along the wall; During design the steel sheet pile structure consider the situation that the height of wharf is small, there isno need to use tie rod, so the structure form isno anchor sheet pile structure.
