摘要:采用水解酸化+曝气生物滤池(BAF)方式处理某电厂废水,介绍了各处理构筑物、运行参数。运行结果表明,用该法处理电厂废水,其出水水质可达《生活杂用水水质标准》(-89)的要求。该BAF工艺投资少,处理效率高,操作简单,无需投加化学药剂、不产生二次污染,值得在大型废水回用处理工业领域推广应用。

Application of BAF to dispose the wastewater of electric power plant

Abstract:Use the Hydrolytic acidify and biological aeration filter-cell (BAF) process to dispose the wastewater of electric power plant, and introduce the wastewater structure and the operating parameters. The operating results indicate that the effluent of this facility is quite enough to meet the requirement in quality standard of domestic water (-89). This BAF process is of such excellent properties as less investment,high efficiency and simple operation,no additional medical and pollution, which deserves popularization and application in the field of wastewater reused treatment industry.

某总装机容量为700MW的电厂为节约用水,保护环境,增加经济效益,决定将全厂的车间设备清洗及地面冲洗、锅炉冲灰、厂区办公与车间的生活用水经处理后回用于冲厕、绿化和电厂的冷却系统等。废水的主要污染因子为悬浮物、有机污染物。排放量为600m3/d,平均处理废水水量Q=25m3/h。针对废水的水质情况和出水要求,决定采用水解酸化+曝气生物滤池(BAF)作为此项工程的核心处理工艺[1],本文介绍了各处理构筑物、运行参数、工艺调试、运行结果及主要运行费用。运行结果表明,经该法处理后,其出水水质可达《生活杂用水水质标准》(-89)的排放标准
