摘 要
员工管理系统是一种基于企业员工管理的，针对员工管理的复杂 程序而开发出来的操作简单而且方便使用的一个员工管理系统，
从推广到现在已被大量公司使用，在这个管理系统上记录每个员工的信 息以及他们的请假，出差情况。还包括整个公司的每天运行的流程，包 括签到，加班，迟到，发薪，以及年中奖金的发放情况。甚至还可以通 过分析员工的情况，对公司这段时间的发展进行整治和调改。这就促进 了公司经营管理的方便性！
本员工管理系统主要利用了 java, SQL, SWING,软件工程技术实现了 一个人对多个员工进行方便，快捷的管理，以及方便了公司对员工情况 的分析调查。从管理系统的登陆界面、主界面，以及人性化的操作，不 仅提高了公司的运行效率，也方便了员工对自己情况的查看和修该，实 现了老板和员工之间的友好互动！
