摘要
玻璃瓶垛物流输送系统设计包括输送机设计和能进行90°和180°转向的转位机构设计。输送机设计包括传动系统设计和机械结构设计。转位机构的输送部分的机械结构与输送机类似,但在一些具体的结构上又有所不同。转位机构的转向部分包括与输送部分共用的机械传动部分,执行协调控制部分,换向控制部分,执行机构即槽轮机构部分,以及与槽轮机构相连的转位工作台。直角转位机构的工作过程这样的:玻璃瓶垛经输送机运输到转位机构上,转位机构转位90°后停止转向,输送部分将玻璃瓶垛运送到另一台输送机上。等玻璃瓶垛基本完全运送到输送机上后,转位机构回转,等待下一个工作周期的循环。180°的转位机构与之类似,但转位台既可以是单向转动,也可以是双向回转。

第一章前言
目的
本设计是为解决在玻璃瓶在包装过程中玻璃瓶垛在包装车间中的运输而进行的。而且为了节省车间的空间,输送轨道处有转弯,为了顺利地进行玻璃瓶垛在轨道之间的交换,还要设计能够灵活实现转向的转位机构。
这一设计问题的特点是:
(1)重量大,转速低,在低速转动时容易出现爬行,即由于摩擦力较大,传动系统在开始转动时具有很大的弹性变形,直到弹性变形积累到一定程度时,从动件突然运动,如此反复,造成运动不平稳,[1]因此,必须在保证有足够承载能力的前提下,减小系统的摩擦;
(2)由于重量大,摩擦阻力也大,必然要多点支持,有均载和动力协调的问题;
(3) 回转体速度很低,要求大传动比的传动系统,而且能够调节,
(4) 回转体要有可靠、准确地对中;
