论多元化战略与资本结构

摘要: 从战略视角思考资本结构问题, 不仅可以解释不同国家间企业资本结构的“空间”差异, 还
可以解释同一国家不同历史时期企业资本结构的“时间”差异。从内部资本市场效应、代理成本效
应、交易成本效应和多市场联系效应等四个角度分析多元战略对资本结构的影响, 并探讨企业在资本
结构决策中如何考虑多元化战略因素。

Abstract: The strategic percep tive can help exp lan the spatial and time differences of cap ital structure among different
countries, or even within one country at different stages. This paper analyses the influence of p luralistic strategy on
cap ital structure from the aspects of internal cap italmarket effect, agency cost effect, transaction cost effect and multi -
market contact effect. It also discusses how to consider p luralistic strategy in cap ital structure decision making.

自从 Modigliani & M iller ( 1958 ) 提出“MM 不业资本结构的“时间”差异。笔者从理论上分析多
相关定理”以来, 资本结构就一直是财务学研究的元化战略对资本结构的影响, 并探讨企业资本结构决
热点问题。学者们试图从不同的角度回答资本结构的策中如何考虑多元化战略因素。
