文档介绍:TECHNICAL ROPE RESCUE (TRR): TECHNICIAN LEVEL In 1999, Rescue 3 Inter national revised the curriculum t o meet the requirements of the new NFPA 1670 Standard on Technical Rescue for water and rope. Training is available at the awareness, operations, and technician levels. TECHNI CA L ROPE RE SCUE (T RR ): TECHNI CIA N LEVEL This four-da y course meets the requirements for the technician level of NFPA 1670 Standard for technical ro pe incident s. This is one day of classroom instruction fo llowed by three field days. Students will advance from basic over-the-bank rescues to p r ogressively more vertic al scenario s. Students are trained in preplanning and size-up of rope rescue operations; knots, hit c h e s and anch o r systems; belay operations; ascend in g and descending; raising and lowering systems; and, patient packaging and lit ter attending among other discip lines. Equipment Needs: ? Climbing or fire helmet ? Coveralls or heavy clothing ? Full body harness (a sit harness and chest harness can be substitut ed) ? Boots ?
