浅谈会计人员职业道德
摘要：本文通过论述我国会计职业道德建设的现状及存在的问题，对会计职业道德滑坡 的原因进行分析，并针对当前会计职业道德不容乐观的原因进行了深层次剖析，进而提出 一系列的解决措施，通过加快完善我国会计职业道德规范体系、健全会计制度，加强培训 抓教育等手段来净化我国会计职业道德上的污染，还社会一个纯净的经济往来空间。最后 就当前大学生会计职业道德建设存在的问题进行论述，指出当前高校会计职业道德建设的 误区，建议大学创造会计文化氛围，在环境中熏陶和培养在校大学生的会计职业道德。会 计行业作为市场经济活动的一个重要领域，其服务质量的好坏直接影响着经营者、投资人 和社会公众的利益，进而影响着整个社会的经济秩序。因此，加强会计职业道德建设具有 十分重要而现实的意义。
(Summary: This paper discusses the construetion status of the accounting professional ethies and the problems, analyze the reasons for landslides in the accounting professional ethies, and analysis deeply the reason of the current accounting professional ethies which is not optimism. And then propose a series of solutions,for example accelerate the improvement of China's Accounting Code of Ethies system, a sound accounting system, strengthen the training attention to educa tion and so on to clean up the pol lution on China，s accou nting et hies, re turn a space of pure economic exchanges for socia 1. In the last, discourse on the problems of current college students accounting ethies construetion, pointed out the construetion errors of current university accounting professional ethies, recommends that the University created the accounting culture, influence and train the accounting ethies for college students in the environment. Accounting profession as an important area of market economic activity, the quality of service direct impact on the operators, investors and the public interest, then affect the economic order of the whole society. Therefore, strengthen the moral construetion of the accounting profession is very important and have a realistic significance・)

一、 引言
会计职业道德，就是会计人员在会计事务中正确处理人与人之间经济关系的行为规范总 和，即会计人员从事会计工作应遵循的道德标准。"不做假账"是会计从业人员基本的职业 道德和行为准则。这也就是说，会计行业它本身的性质决定了所有会计人员必须以诚信为 本，操守为重，遵循准则，不做假账，保证会计信息的真实、可靠。正因为会计行业有它 那诚信、真实、可靠的职业本质，才获得社会的信赖与
