酒店管理系统设计与实现
【摘要】随着酒店规模的不断扩大，客房数量的急剧增加，有关客房的各种信息量也 在不断成倍增长。面对庞大的信息量，就需要有客房信息管理系统来提高客房管理工作的 效率。
本系统采用了 asp技术和Access数据库技术实现了一个简单的酒店管理。再本系统里, 主要是对客房的信息、经营情况及客户信息的管理。为管理者提供迅速、高效的服务，减 免手工处理的烦琐与误差，及时、准确的反映酒店的工作情况、经营情况以及顾客对酒店 的反馈意见。
本系统是一个动态、交互式、具有在线订房、酒店系统管理等功能的应用系统，它方便、 快捷，易与客户交流，提供最新服务消息。建立后的系统是一个动态、交互式、用户留言 等功能的管理系统。

The Design And Realization Of Hotel Management System
Abstract: With the con sta nt expa nsion of the hotel, room n umber of the sharp in crease in the amount of information on a variety of rooms are also constantly doubled. Faced with an enormous amount of informa廿on you need to have room to improve informa廿on management system for the management of the efficiency of the room.
The system uses asp tech no logy and Access database tech no logy, a simple hotel management. Then the system, mainly for room informa廿on, business opera廿on and customer informa廿on managers to provide prompt, e幵icient service, reduction of the cumbersome manual processing and error, timely and accurate reflection of the work of the hotel, the hotel opera廿on and customer feedback.
The system is a dynamic, interac廿ve, with online booking, hotel management and other functions of the system applica廿ons, it convenient, fast and easy communica廿on with customers to provide the latest service information. 引言
随着人员流动规模的不断扩大，酒店数量的急剧增加，有关客房管理的各种信息量也 在不断成倍增长。面对庞大的信息量，就需要有酒店客房订购管理系统来提高客房管理工 作的效率。通过这样的系统，我们可以做到信息的规范管理和快速查询，从而减少了管理 方面的工作量。
传统手工的客房信息管理，管理过程繁琐而复杂，执行效率低，并且易于出错。通过 这样的系统，我们可以做到信息的规范管理和快速查询，实现了客房信息管理的系统化、 规范化和自动化，这样不仅减少了管理工作量，还提高了管理效率，降低了管理成本。
