吲哚美辛栓和甘油栓的制备

摘要：目的了解各类栓剂基质的特点及适用情况。掌握热溶法制备栓剂的工艺。掌握置换值的测定及在栓剂制备中的应用。方法吲哚美辛栓的制备[2]是采用热熔法。甘油栓的制备由甘油、硬脂酸、无水碳酸钠、水为原料，按照相应比例，采用热熔法，在水浴下使硬脂酸和无水碳酸钠发生皂化反应。结果吲哚美辛栓外观完整光滑，色泽为乳白色，圆锥形，硬度适宜。栓剂的置换值f=，需基质的理论值用量M=,%。最终得到6枚子弹头形、完整光滑的甘油栓。结论药物与适宜基质制成吲哚美辛栓和甘油栓。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the characteristics of various types of suppository base and applicable. Preparation of suppositories master Rerong process. Determination and suppository preparation grasp replacement value in the application. Indomethacin suppository preparation methods indole [2] is the use of hot-melt method. Glycerin suppository prepared from glycerol, stearic acid, anhydrous sodium carbonate and water as raw materials, in accordance with the corresponding proportion of hot-melt method, in a water bath, and anhydrous sodium stearate to saponification reaction. 栓剂是指药物与适宜基质制成的供腔道给药的固体制剂。常用的有肛门栓和***栓以及尿道栓。栓剂中的药物与基质应混合均匀，栓剂无刺激性，外型完整光滑，塞入腔道内应能融化，软化或融化并和分泌液混合释放出药物，产生局部或全身作用，并应有适宜的硬度，以免在包装和贮存中变形。
栓剂由药物和基质两部分组成，常用基质有脂肪性基质和水溶性基质两类，甘油栓是水溶性基质栓剂。
本文就该吲哚美辛栓和甘油栓的制备及改进方法作出了系统的报告如下。
1．材料和方法
仪器
研钵，玻棒，药匙，烧杯，小刀，栓模，蒸发皿，水浴，冰浴，电炉，分析天平。
材料
吲哚美辛，半合成脂肪酸酯，甘油，水，液体石蜡，碳酸钠，硬脂酸，蒸溜水。
2．实验内容
