Paragraph 1:
Peril is called risk event or risk incident which refers to a possible cause of loss, such as fire, windstorm and tsunami etc.

.: face the perils of the ocean, ie storm, ship wreck, etc. 面对海上的危险(风暴,船只失事等)

Coverage: The range or scale of protection given to the insured under an insurance policy. 承保范围,险别,按照保险单给予投保者保护范围。
. 1) The policy gives cover/coverage against storm damage but not against frost. 保险单只承保暴雨损失,而不承保霜冻损失。
2)We must increase the amount of insurance cover(age) to include our new machinery. 我们必须增加保险额,以便把新机器列入投保范围。
