Mutual Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement

This Mutual Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between (the "Party A"), a company duly organized and registered under the laws of , whose registered address is situated at, and(the “Party B"), a company duly organized and registered under the laws of , whose registered address is situated at. Each of Party A and Party B may be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
