摘要
目前社会上最普遍议论的话题就是医患关系，求医问药是所有人一生中都必定会经历的，但现在的医院和患者普遍存在相互不信任，相互有隔阂的情况，从而导致在社会上关于医生和患者不和谐事情市场发生。本文从医患关系的定义入手，概述了我国现有医疗制度以及现有解决医患纠纷的法律制度对构成现有医患关系状态的影响。通过对医院方面、患者方面、政府方面等多个方面的来论述造成目前医患关系紧X的原因。指出了我国社会目前的医患关系的要表现形式和特点。最后针对目前医患关系主要出现的问题和矛盾，从改善医患沟通和医患冲突等方面，建立完善的医疗制度和如何构建和谐医患关系的建议对策。

ABSTRACT
As far the most popular topic to be discussed in society is the relationship between doctor and patient. Everyone in his life will be ill and go to see a doctor. But now doctor and patient don’t trust each other, which lead to the unharmonious events occur frequently. From the definition of the relationship between doctor and patient, this article summarizes existing medical treatment system in china and laws to solve the conflicts between doctor and patient and its effect on the status of the relationship between doctor and patient. This article relates and analyzes the reasons to cause the tensional relationship between the doctor and patient and points out the main manifestation and characteristics of relationship between doctor and patient as far. At last, aiming at solving the main issue and contradiction of this relationship, this article makes out some strategies and suggestions to establish thorough medical treatment system and harmonious relationship between doctor and patient.

绪论
医患关系是医疗实践活动中最基本的人际关系,这一关系的协调与否直接着整个医疗卫生领域实践活动的展开与良性运转。良好的医患沟通是实现以病人为中心,减轻病人心身痛苦,创造最佳心身状态的需要,是促进医患间理解与支持,提高效果的需要。医患关系是建立在医疗卫生保健活动过程中特定的人际关系，也是最重要的、最基本的医疗人际关系。狭义的医患关系是指行医者与患者的关系。这一种个体关系，属于传统医学道德研究的内容，也是最古老的医疗人际关系；广义的医患关系是指以医务人员为一方面群体与以患者及其家属等为一方面群体之间的医疗人际关系。这是一种群体关系，属于现代现代医学伦理学研究的内容。医患关系是关系的组成部分，和谐的社会需要和谐的医患关系。随着市场制度的不断完善,政府的责任意识、人们的权利意识、参与意识以及医方对利益的追求等等诸多因素使得医患关系日趋紧X,医患纠纷明显上升,日趋紧X的医患关系正在严重冲击着医院这个曾被视为人道圣洁的场所。医疗纠纷频繁发生，且影响X围越来越大，不仅有损医护人员在患者心目中的形象，而且有损医疗秩序和质量，最终会损害患者的切身利益，日益紧X的医患关系一直是医务工作者和患者共同关心的敏感话题，引起了卫生界、界、新闻界的广泛关注。医疗纠纷不仅仅
