However, human resources development and management of the many problems is to belong to the category of the man himself, so cannot leave visual examination and discusses psychology. Psychology isa human psychology for the activities of the law science, currently in personnel management "into", "tube", "out of" each main link the application of many psychological theories. In this paper, I mainly talks about psychology theory in individual differences theory in human resources development and the management of applications. How to master and use the individual differences of regularity, individual difference and position of the difference of the effective analysis and
