中压配电变压器经济容量的研究
摘要
目前在中压配电网规划中配电站可选中压配电变压器容量有多种规格,虽然在
技术上其可满足相关导则的规定,但在配电网规划中,对配电变压器(包括各电压
等级的变压器)在容量选择时,一般只注重按最终负荷选择变压器容量,而忽视变
压器长期运行的经济性问题。因此,有必要在进行配电变压器容量选择时,不仅要
按最终负荷选择最终容量,更应注重不同负荷发展阶段变压器长期运行的经济效益。
本课题针对上海配电网规划中 10kV 杆配电变压器经济容量进行研究,通过选取
典型居民小区的相关数据的分析,比照发达国家电力发展过程,提出了改进的综合
能效费用法(TOC 算法),通过计算投资、维护和损耗费用与售电收入之比,比传
单纯计算初始投资和年度损耗的方法更科学直观的反映经济性的变化情况,不仅适
用于研究远景年的经济容量配置,也可以明确规划区域过渡期间所适宜采用的变压
器经济容量选取,对规划人员具有非常实际的指导作用。通过本次项目的研究,对
于上海居民小区,远景年配电变压器容量建议采用 650KVA,负载率控制在 65%;过
渡期间,根据负荷增长情况,逐级采用 315KVA,500KVA 以及 600KVA 配电变压器,
负载率为 65%,更换周期为 20 年。

Abstract
Nowadays, there are various models during choosing medium voltage
distribution transformers in work planning under the technical principles,
in which optimal economic capacity of transformer directed to different areas is
fewly considered. During the process work planning, the capacity of
transformers is simply set as the final load level without thinking running economy.
It is quite necessary to give consideration to the both sides, running economy and
final load level.
The paper is focus on the research of 10kV distribution transformer’s economic
capacity in Shanghai area, which is helpful to work planners. One section is
choosen to collect load data of resident for analyzing. Compared with some
developed country’s developing process of work and load, the paper
brings up the improved Total Owning Cost(TOC)algorithm, which calculates the
cost of investment, maintaining and wastage to the e from electricity sales. It
is an more objective reflection of transformer pared with only
