摘要：目的：分析对COPD（慢性阻塞性肺疾病）急性加重期患者应用临床路径护理对其呼吸功能的影响。方法：研究开展时间是2019年3月到次年7月，以慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者为观察对象，共计86例，通过抽签将其均分成研究组和参照组，分别给予临床路径护理、常规护理。对比两组患者的呼吸功能、健康知识掌握情况与住院时间。结果：相比护理前，护理后两组患者的各项呼吸功能指标均更高，且研究组均高于参照组；两组患者的健康知识掌握率进行对比，提示研究组患者更高；两组患者的住院时间进行对比，提示研究组患者更低；均存在很大差异（P﹤）。结论：对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者应用临床路径护理具有积极作用，能够使患者的呼吸功能改善，提高患者对疾病相关健康知识的掌握程度，可缩短其住院时间，值得广泛应用。

Analysis of the effect of clinical pathway nursing on the respiratory function of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD
Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effects of clinical pathway care on the respiratory function of patients with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) in the acute exacerbation stage. Methods: The study was carried out from March to July of the following year. A total of 86 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the acute exacerbation stage were the observation objects. They were pided into the study group and the reference group by lottery, and they were given clinical pathway nursing, Routine care. The respiratory function, health knowledge and length of stay in the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with before nursing, the respiratory function indexes of the two groups of patients after nursing were higher, and the study group was higher than the reference
