内容提要
超市作为自选类型的百货商店，由于其规划设计牵涉到许多无法定 量的因素，所以大多数超市尤其是小型超市没有对卖场进行合理细致的 规划。本文针对长乐超市的区域拥堵情况，运用SLP法对长乐超市进 行了重新的设施规划和布局，在进行各区域物流关系分析时，创新地将物 流当作人流来分析，从而缩短顾客购物排队等待的时间。同时再结合非 物流因素，根据物流关系与非物流关系的比重为1:1的权重得出超市各 区域单位之间的综合关系，得出各单位之间的位置相关图,再结合长乐超 市的各区域的原面积，在收银台和办公室保持原状的情况下做出新的布 局规划方案。新的布局将超市的蔬菜区和瓜果区合并为一个区域，并将 其布置在离***较近的区域，很大程度地缩短了理货人员的搬运距离， 改善了他们的工作环境。

Abstract
Supermarkets department stores as a choice type, due to its planning and design involves many factors that can not be quantified, so most of the supermarkets, especially small supermarket stores no reasonable careful planning.
