摘要:本研究采用化学还原法,通过向***银溶液中滴加还原剂连二亚硫酸钠溶液制备纳米
银粉。考察了***银浓度、还原剂浓度、搅拌速度、反应温度、还原剂溶液滴加速度对所制
得银粉粒径的影响,用 X-射线衍射和扫描电镜对所制银粉的晶体结构和形貌进行了表征。
试验结果表明,在***银浓度为 mol/L,还原剂浓度为 mol/L,搅拌转速为 400
r/min,反应温度为 20℃,还原剂滴加速度为 1 d/s 的条件下,制得银粉的平均粒径为 130 nm。

Preparation of nano-sized silver powders using sodium
dithionite as reducing agent

Abstract: Nano-sized silver particles were prepared by dropping reducing agent sodium dithionite
into the solution of silver nitrate using chemical reduction process. The effects of silver nitrate
concentration, concentration of reducing agent, reaction temperature, stirring speed, and dropping
speed of reducing agent solution on silver particle size have been investigated. The crystal
structure and morphology of silver particles prepared were characterized using X-ray diffraction
(XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Experimental results show that silver particles
