Key Words: table tennis 、 tactics 、 Fast attack 、 play 一、乒乓球的主要战术一、推攻战术特点:主要运用正手攻球和反手推挡的速度和力量,并结合落点变化和节奏变化来压制和调动对方,以争取主动或得分。推攻战术是左推右攻打法对付攻击型打法的主要战术,有反手推挡能力的两面攻运动员、攻削结合运动员等也常使用它。方法: 握拍方法 1、左推右攻 2、推挡侧身攻 3、推挡、侧身攻后扑正手 4、左推结合反手攻 5 、左推、反手攻、侧身攻后扑正手。注意事项: 1、推、攻都要有线路变化、落点变化和节奏变化, 这是推攻战术争取主动和创造扣杀机会的主要方法。 2 、推挡一般以压对方反手为主,然后突然变正手,以创造进攻机会。如果对方正手较差,才可以推对方正手为主。 3、在推挡中突然加力推对方中路, 使对方难于用力回击, 然后用正手或侧身扣杀。 4 、遇到机会球时要果断扣杀,这是推攻战术得分的主要手段。 5、推攻战术要坚持近台, 又不能死守近台, 要学会近台和中台的位置转换,掌握对手节奏。 6、推攻战术对付弧圈类打法应坚持近台为主,用快推和加、减力推挡控制落点,伺机采用近台反拉或中等力量扣杀弧圈球,然后进入正手连续进攻。二、两面攻战术特点:主要利用正、反手攻球技术的速度和力量压制对方,争取主动和创造扣杀机会。两面攻技术是两面攻打法对付攻击型打法的主要战术。方法: 1 、攻左扣右 2 、攻打两角,猛
