文档介绍:摘要作为我国普通高等教育重要组成部分,高等职业教育在经历了十几年的澎湃发展之后,仍然存在一些问题。随着<国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的出台和第十二个五年计划的即将到来,高等职业教育又将面临新的机遇和挑战。在促进高职院校更好的生存和发展方面,教师激励是个有效的方法。因为高职教师激励可以提高工作效率、增强师资队伍建设,从而提高高职院校的综合竞争力。本人在高职院校工作十多年,认为高职教师激励研究具有理论价值和现实意义。本文首先对需要和激励进行了概念的界定,在对现有重要激励理论的回顾之后,从理论角度分析了高职教师激励的必要性和现有激励的不足的表现,引出了研究课题。激励不足主要表现在激励设计民主性不强、制定激励政策时缺乏对教师心理需求的分析、激励实施相对滞后、激励创新的主动性不够和激励措施的片面性。本文采用了文献法、问卷调查和访谈法、比较法等研究方法,结合陕西职业技术学院的具体情况,对激励问题进行了实证研究。分析了教师的需要层次和不同类型教师需要的差异性。在以上工作的基础上,提出了高职教师激励的原则和建议。高职教师激励必须注意遵循客观公正公平的原则、按需激励的的原则、正激励和负激励结合的原则、多种激励因素有机组合的原则、组织目标和个人利益兼顾的原则。从物质激励、精神激励、环境激励和制度激励四个方面出发,对高职教师激励提出了具体的建议。并进一步强调教师激励时要做到物质激励和精神激励相结合、扩大激励的民主性、增强激励的时效性、同时建立弹性激励机制。关键词:高职教师,需要,激励,激励建议 ABSTRACT A舭r more than tenyears’development,higher vocational education thatisanimportant part of General highereducation still existssome withoutlineofthenational long-term education reform and development plan and ing ofthe 2thfive—year plan,the higher vocational education willface new opportunities and vocational colleges inpromoting bettersurvivalanddevelopment,the teacher incentive isan ofthehigher vocational teachers’motivation toimprove work efficiency and enhance teachers team construction SO as toimprove petitiveness ofhigher work inhigher vocational colleges formore than tenyears,and I thinktheresearch on higher vocational teachers incentivehastheory valueand practicalsignificance.
