[摘要] 目的 探究系統护理对***碘***治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者的应用效果。方法 方便抽取2018年9月—2019年9月在该院接受治疗的***碘***治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者78例为研究对象，根据其住院先后顺序从1～78编号，再按等差数列首项为1，公差为2的方式将78例患者平均分为两组，即对照组与实验组，两组患者均为39例。对照组行常规护理，实验组在常规护理基础上行系统护理，对比两组患者的护理效果和临床相关指标变化情况。结果 实验组患者总有效率（%）高于对照组（%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=，P<）;护理后，对照组患者脉搏量（SV）、心功能指标（FS）、左心室射血分数（LVEF）、每分钟排血量（CO）指标分别为：（±）mL、（±）%、（±）%、（±）L/min，均低于实验组（±）mL、（±）%、（±）%、（±）L/min，差异有统计学意义（t=、、、，P<）。结论 系统护理对***碘***治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者的应用效果显著，能够提升护理效果，改善患者的SV、FS、LVEF、CO各项指标，值得推广。
