1 目的 Purpose
为加强有限空间作业安全管理，辨识有限空间危险，采取防范措施，防止发生中毒、窒息、着 火和爆炸等事故，确保有限空间作业安全，特制定本管理规定。
This regulation is established to strengthen EHS management, improve the incentive system and ensure the continuity of EHS management.
2范围Scope
本规定适用于倍科公司各类有限空间作业的安全管理。
This regulation applies to contract employees, not include contemporary employee in BEKO Changzhou Plant.
定义 Definition
：指仅有1个〜2个人孔即进出口受到限制的密闭、狭窄、通风不良的分隔间， m的封闭或敞口等通风不良空间，分为封闭半封闭设备、地下建（构）筑物和 地上建（构）筑物三类。
Contract employee: the employee who has contract with BEKO Company;
：在有限空间实施作业的活动，称为有限空间作业。
Zero accident reward: no accident happened during the defined period, which will be rewarded;
：指采取加堵盲板或断开连接管线等措施，彻底切断有限空间与其它设备设施间危险 有害物质的联通路径。
Excellent contribution reward: the reward for the employee who makes excellent contribution in EHS;
职责 Responsibilities
、健全有限空间作业安全生产责任制，明确有限空间作业负责人、监护人员和作业 人员的职责。
、安全操作规程、事故应急救援预案、安全技术措施等有限空间 作业管理规定。
，提供符合要求的通风、检测、防护、照明等安全防护设 施和个人防护用品。
、检查公司有限空间作业的安全生产工作，落实有限空间作业的各项安全要求。
，做好应急救援工作。
、如实报告生产安全事故。
