Abstract
This thesis aims to make a comprehensive analysis toward the politeness principle in business English based on its definition, culture, examples and so on. With the development of global economy, the international business between different countries becomes extremely common. At the same time, we have to deal with all kinds of situations during our process of transactions with foreign countries. Among those matters, communicating and behaving well play an indispensable part.
