文档介绍:摘 要
传统的文档管理存在着对文档的创建过程缺乏控制,文档存储混乱导致维
护成本很高,文档格式的多样化导致检索和元数据管理困难,文档流程不规范,
系统易用性不佳及封闭的架构难以扩展,文档的安全性达不到要求等缺陷。
本论文围绕完整的文档生命周期,即从文档模板的设计、文档的创建、文
档的修订及审批、文档的发布、文档的存储及归档,分析了文档管理具体要做
哪些事情,以及在传统的文档管理方式下实现文档生命周期管理的过程中存在
哪些不足之处,提出了企业在线文档管理解决方案。在该方案中文档管理具有
标准的文档结构和模板、统一的文档控制和信息共享平台、能够降低文档和信
息的安全风险等特点。本论文给出了企业文档管理的系统架构,阐述了选用
SharePoint Server 2007 和 Windows SharePoint Services 为该方案设计平台的
原因,对组成该解决方案的 SharePoint 组件做了介绍。
本论文以东安机械公司响应标书为案例,给出了企业在线文档管理系统的
设计方案,并在 SharePoint Server 2007 上给出了实现该设计方案的方法和具体
步骤,最后为实现标书审批流程的自动化,用 SharePoint Designer 2007 设计了
标书审批工作流。

Abstract
There are some problems in the traditional document management, such as the
lack of control over the creation of the document, document storage disorder leading
to high maintenance costs, the document format diversifications leading to
difficulties in retrieval and metadata management, document process is not
standardized, the system is not easy to use and it is difficult to expand the closed
structure, the security capability of the document can’t meet the user’s requirements.
This paper gives a solution of enterprise online document management that
focus on the management of the complete document lifecycle, which is from the
design of document template to the document creation ,to the document amendments
and approval, to the release of the document, to the document storage and archiving.
This paper analyzes in detail what we should do in every period of the document
lifecycle and why the traditional document management can’t meet our requirements
