文档介绍：山东大学硕士学位论文摘要安全生产是施工企业和施工项目在进行生产经营活动中的一项必不可少的重要工作内容。安全工作的成败决定企业的前途和命运,良好的安全环境,可以给企业带来社会信誉和经济效益,国家和集体财产免遭损失,职工生命安全得到保障。近年来安全事故接连不断的发生,通过安全评价和风险控制,可以找出施工生产过程中潜在的危险有害因素,特别是可以查找出未曾预料到的被忽视的危险因素和职业危害,识别系统中存在的薄弱环节和可能导致事故和职业危害的发生的条件,针对这些环节和条件,提出相应的对策措施;预防、控制事故和职业危害的发生,尽可能做到即使发生误操作或设备故障,系统存在的危险因素也不会导致事故和职业危害的发生,实现生产过程的本质安全化;对于无法完全消除危险的情况,在安全评价中,还可以进一步对一些后果比较严重的主要危险因素和职业危害采用定量分析方法,预测事故和职业危害发生的可能性后果的严重性, 并制定减少和控制事故后果蔓延的对策措施,从而最终全过程、全方位对安全生产进行控制。关键词:风险识别危险源评价控制山东大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Production safety isof construction enterprises and construction proj ects in production and business activitiesintheimportant work ess or failureofsecurity work deciding the futureanddestiny,a good security environment,enterprises can tobring about socialand economic benefits ofcredibility; the stateandcollectiveproperty from lossoflifeand safety ofworkers are protected.
