Abstract
The so-called commercial network is individual locations of commercial management which defined by the needs of network constructive planning and management, what is engaged in circulation of commodities service for the production management and life, or integrated locations of commercial management which unified develop, management and administrate in the same area, including retail stores, commodity trading markets, flea market, car market, logistics bases, restaurants and other living facilities in Services. In this thesis, we began with introducing the commercial conditions in FengYang, then, analyzed the rationality of the commercial network according to a linear regression model and software. Additionally, we give some comments on this commercial network.
