天骄西苑住宅楼工程施工组织设计
摘要
本工程建筑总面积约 18000 平方米，建筑结构形式为砖混结构，建筑总长 米，总宽 米，总高 米。在已有施工图纸的情况下进行施工组织设计，主 要包括施工总体部署、 施工进度计划管理、 主要分部分项工程施工方法、 工程质 量控制、安全生产保证措施、文明施工措施，并相应的进行了进度计划安排。
本施工组织设计是根据施工任务和建筑对象 , 对全部施工活动所作的纲领 性安排 , 它具有很强的技术性和综合性 ,对施工过程起到指导和控制作用 , 在一 定的资源条件下实现工程项目的技术经济效益。

Abstract
This project locates the total construction area is18000 m2, and the building structure is r turbid structure of brick with the total building length ,total width ,total height .
This design has been on the basis of design drawing, carrying through the construction blue print organization, mainly including: the generational
arrangement for project organization 、the management of the master schedules
main construction methods 、the project 's quality management 、the measures to ensure safe production and health construction, and carries out construction progress plan arrangement.
This construction arrangement design is a programmatic arrangement for all construction activities on the basis of construction mission and object, and has a strong technicality and comprehensiveness which can play a part in construction process 's guide and control, and can realize the construction
