[摘 要]目的 对比分析非布司他片与别嘌呤醇片治疗高尿酸血症伴痛风的临床效果。方法 选择124例高尿酸血症伴痛风患者（收治时间：2018年1月~2019年6月），随机分组，分成甲组（别嘌呤醇片）和乙组（非布司他片），各62例。对比两组疗效。结果 乙组治疗总有效率高于甲组（c2=，P=）。治疗前，甲乙组比较（P>）。治疗后，乙组治疗1、3、6个月血清尿酸水平低于甲组（P<）。乙组不良反应发生率低于甲组（c2=，P=）。结论 对于高尿酸血症患者，应用非布司他片的治疗效果优于别嘌呤醇片，值得推荐。

A comparative study of febuxostat tablets and allopurinol tablets in the treatment of hyperuricemia with gout
