文档介绍：I 摘要近年来,由于心理危机引发的新生代农民工跳楼自杀、犯罪等现象越来越引起社会的关注。在党和政府近几年来对新生代农民工心理问题高度重视的背景下,预防和解决好新生代农民工的心理问题,使其成为全面建设小康社会的和谐群体,对构建社会主义和谐社会意义重大。本研究采用SCL-90量表对江西省赣州市下属的章贡区沙河工业园、信丰县工业园、会昌县工业园、大余县工业园四个地方的763名新生代农民工进行心理健康状况数据的采集, 运用专门的统计分析软件SPSS进行定量分析。通过自编问卷和小型座谈会加个人访谈的相结合的方式采集用于定性分析的资料。通过定量与定性相结合分析,得出以下结论: 1、新生代农民工心理健康水平要比全。%,心理健康状况令人堪忧。 2、90后农民工的心理健康水平要低于80后农民工,除强迫症状存在显著差异外,其他各因子无显著差异。 3、未婚新生代农民工的心理健康水平要低于已婚新生代农民工,但两著之间无显著差异。4、高中文化程度的新生代农民工的心理健康状况相对于小学、初中、大专及以上文程度的新生代农民工更差。就以上结论反映的问题,本研究从政府、社会、用工单位、相关组织以及新生代农民工自身等几个方面给出一些可参考的建议: 1、政府积极做好新生代农民工逐步城镇化的相关工作。 2、加大社会对新生代农民工的支持力度。 3、加强用工单位的人文管理,加大对新生代农民工的人文关怀。 4、相关组织及部门应加强对新生代农民工的心理疏导。 5、提升新生代农民工自身科学文化素质与心理素质。关键词新生代农民工;心理健康; 对策建议 II Abstract In recent years, because of the psychological crisis of the new generation migrant workers committed suicide, crime is increasingly aroused the concern of munity.
